Same-day court marriage and marriage registration for couples in Delhi. We cover Tis Hazari, Rohini, Saket, Dwarka, Karkardooma & Patiala House.

Court marriage in Delhi

We handle court marriage and marriage registration for couples across Delhi, appearing before SDM offices across all 11 districts of Delhi. Whether you need a certificate on the same working day or you are marrying under the Special Marriage Act, the process is managed end to end by our advocates — drafting, filing, appointment and appearance.

Marriage registration in Delhi is governed by the Delhi (Compulsory Registration of Marriage) Order, 2014 and applications are made to the SDM of the district where either party resides, or where the marriage was solemnised. Applications are filed through the Delhi e-District portal (edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in).

Local note: Delhi has eleven revenue districts, each with its own SDM office. Choosing the correct district is the single most common reason applications are returned at the counter — jurisdiction follows the residence of either party or the place of solemnisation.
