Fees & Timelines

A clear breakdown of what you pay and how long each route actually takes. One all-inclusive quotation, confirmed before any work begins.

How our fees are structured

We quote a single all-inclusive figure at the end of the first consultation, after we know which Act applies to you and what documents you already have. There are no hidden charges added later. The table below sets out the components that make up a typical quotation.

ComponentWhat it coversPaid to
Government registration feeStatutory fee prescribed for registration under the applicable ActRegistrar / SDM office
Notice fee (Special Marriage Act)Filing and publication of the notice of intended marriageMarriage Officer
Affidavits & notarisationDrafting of affidavits and declarations, stamp paper and notary chargesNotary / stamp vendor
Arya Samaj Mandir chargesPurohit, havan samagri and the Mandir’s solemnisation certificateMandir
Professional feeAdvice, drafting, filing, coordination and appearance with youOur office
Tatkal / same-day chargesAdditional prescribed fee where an expedited appointment is availableRegistrar / SDM office
Why we do not publish a fixed price: Government fees differ between Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurgaon, and the work involved changes considerably where a party is divorced, widowed or a foreign national. Publishing one number would be misleading. Call us and you will get a firm, written figure before any work starts.
