We handle court marriage and marriage registration for couples across Gurgaon, appearing before Gurugram Tehsil office and the district court complex. Whether you need a certificate on the same working day or you are marrying under the Special Marriage Act, the process is managed end to end by our advocates — drafting, filing, appointment and appearance.

Marriage registration in Gurgaon is governed by the Haryana Compulsory Registration of Marriage Act, 2008 and applications are made to the Registrar of Marriages, Gurugram tehsil / municipal corporation. Applications are filed through the Haryana Saral portal (saralharyana.gov.in).

Local note: Gurugram sees a high volume of NRI and expatriate applications. Where one spouse holds a foreign passport, allow additional time for the embassy no-objection certificate and any apostille requirements.
